This first day was specially successful for two countries: Spain and Germany (4 gold medals each), followed by Italy (2 gold medals) and Czechia, France, Ireland, Lithuania and Poland with single victories.

Two overall titles went to Spain (Men’s Classic Bodybuilding) and Italy (Masters Men’s Classic Bodybuilding). But the most successful athlete was German Aristide Mbomni Tiam, who won two gold titles: in Classic Bodybuilding 168 cm category and Games Classic Bodybuilding open category.

Friday will be a very long sport day, started at 09:00 and devoted mainly to Men’s Bodybuilding: juniors, masters 40-44 and 45-50, as well as Bodyfitness Masters and new IFBB division: Women’s Wellness Fitness
