RESULTS & PHOTOS: 2019 IFBB Physique America Elite Pro Miami.

The First ever IFBB Elite Pro in the USA was organized by the IFBB Physique America headed by Wayne DeMilia and his hard working team of officials and judges.

The contest took place on 20 July, 2019 at the Ashe Auditorium in Miami, Florida.

$20,000 in prize money was spread out between four Elite Pro Divisions (Women’s Wellness, Women’s Bikini, Men’s Physique and Men’s Classic Physique).

Points towards the 2019 IFBB Elite Pro World Rankings were also awarded to the top athletes.

The standard of competition was very high with some of the best IFBB Elite Pro Athletes from all over the world making the long trip to Miami to compete.

As with the IFBB Miami Grand Prix, IFBB President Rafael Santonja and his team of judges and officials were present for this great event.

The very popular Angela Borges continued to dominate the Elite Pro Wellness division with another victory. Second went to Beatriz Vasquez and third to Deydania Rodriguez

In Women’s Bikini, the top three athletes are well known all over the world as they are some of the most consistent athletes in the bikini division.

First place went to Russia’s Yana Koznetsova, second to Lenka Myslicova from the Czech Republic and third to Hungary’s Karina Gavrikova.

The top spot in the Men’s Physique division was a battle between two athletes from the Dominican Republic. Marcos Feliz ended up taking the top prize with Edgan Minaya placing second and France’s Desulme finishing in third.

Finally the Men’s Classic Physique title went to Bernard Percival from Antiqua and Barbuda while second went to Spain’s Wastecley and finally third to Brasil’s Rodrigo Coelho.

This was a very successful first ever IFBB Elite Pro event in the USA since the IFBB Physique America was created in 2018.

Plans are in full swing for the next edition in 2020 that will surely cater to more athletes and more divisions.
