The 2020 Arnold Sports Festival Europe or as many call it the Arnold Classic Europe is less than four weeks away.
Just a few weeks ago, the IFBB made the important decision to move the venue to Santa Susanna.
The IFBB made it a priority to publish a new and updated Inspection Report with all the information about travel, venue and hotels.
It is very important that all athletes traveling top the event take notice of all the recent changes.
The IFBB also published a ‘tentative’ schedule for all amateur events.

It was also decided due to the Covid-19 restrictions that the 2020 IFBB Elite Pro World Championships to take place during the 2020 Arnold Classic Europe weekend.
Covid-19 forces venue change
Just weeks before the 2020 Arnold Classic Europe was originally set to take place in Seville, Spain, a new location has been announced.
The reason for the change in location is due to the strict protocols due to Covid-19.
The new location will be in Santa Susanna, Barcelona between 10-14 December, 2020.
Santa Susanna is a very popular location for a number of IFBB’s most prestigious competitions.
In 2020, the IFBB European and World Amateur Championships were held at the same location just a few weeks ago.
Working very close with Spain’s health authorities, the IFBB have implemented very strict safety protocols in regards to Covid-19.
The number one priority for the IFBB is to keep every athlete, delegate and spectator safe and healthy during the entire event.
In 2020, the only other Arnold Classic that took place was in Ohio, USA. The events in Australia, Brazil and Africa had to all be cancelled due Covid-19 restrictions.
