2022 Boston Pro Official Results: William Bonac wins.
William Bonac went one better this weekend and won the 2022 Boston Pro to qualify for the 2022 Mr. Olympia. Evolutionofbodybuilding.net brings you the 2022 Boston Pro results for this incredible event.
At the 2022 Arnold Classic, William Bonac placed a controversial second, to 2019 Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry.
Going into the 2022 Boston Pro, just a week later, Bonac made sure he made the necessary improvements to win the event.
Getting Olympia qualification out of the way, was an important goal for Bonac.
It was not an easy task for the “Giant Killer”, as he had the best line-up that bodybuilding could offer.
Placing in second was Justin Rodriguez. Anybody from the top four could have won the event, but the judges had the very hard task to separate the group.
2021 was a successful year for Rodriguez, winning the Indy Pro and placing second at the New York Pro.
Justin was in fantastic condition and continued to improve as the event went on. He improved massively from between prejudging and the finals at the 2022 Boston Pro.
Justin has already shown that he is a top three finisher and he will surely earn 2022 Mr. Olympia qualification, early in the season.
Fan favorite, Steve Kuclo, managed to finish in third. Steve was probably in his best condition and is getting closer to winning a major event this season.
Hosstile athlete, Samson Dauda, had to settle for fourth. Milos Sarcev’s star athlete from the UK, is becoming a regular top five athlete, and a threat to anybody on the lineup.
Small improvements are needed for Samson to make the jump to first place.
Samson has the size and is capable of arriving in fantastic condition. Samson will surely hit the mark in the 2022 season.
Dauda is already qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, there is no pressure for him leading up to the big weekend.
Maxx Charles had to settle for fifth place. Maxx improved massively from his presentation at the 2022 Arnold Classic, just a week before. Moving up three places from the Arnold Classic, is a sign that Maxx is moving in the right direction.
Phil Clahar had to settle for sixth. While the shock of the evening was Regan Grimes placing in seventh.
Going into the 2022 season, there has been a lot of hype in regards to Regan Grimes. Signing up with Milos Sarcev, was considered by many to be the perfect solution for Regan.
Unfortunately, it seems that Regan is not arriving in the condition that can win him major events. Regan has the potential and the genetics to become the best bodybuilder in the world. Milos Sarcev will surely make sure Regan hits the mark.
It must be noted that Regan is already qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Turning the focus to the Men’s Classic Physique division, it was another exciting battle between some of the best athletes in the world.
The man from Germany, Urs Kalecinski, made the improvements to finish in first and as well book his ticket to the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Many believed that Urs was already qualified for the 2022 Olympia Weekend, but the top three only qualify in Classic Physique and Urs finished in fourth at the 2021 Olympia Weekend.
Urs arrived in perfect condition. Urs is capable to challenge Chris Bumstead for the Classic Physique Olympia title in 2022.
Leading up to the Arnold Classic, just a week earlier, Urs did not reveal his physique on social media. In a recent interview with Foaud Abiad, Urs revealed that he likes being the new “Shadow” and disappears until he is ready to compete.
