2023 Arnold Classic: Harold Kelley Wins Sixth Pro Wheelchair Title.
Harold ‘King Kong’ Kelley has won a record sixth Pro Wheelchair title at the 2023 Arnold Classic.
Harold Kelley proved that he is a fighter, when he won back his title, after losing it to Gabriele Andriulle at the 2022 Arnold Classic.
Harold is the greatest Pro Wheelchair athlete in the history of the sport, with five Wheelchair Olympia victories and now six Arnold Classic Pro Wheelchair victories.
Tory Jones finished in second, but not without a fight. Tory had a very conditioned physique, but Harold was ahead thanks to his balance of size and condition.
Bradley Betts had to settle for third again, for the third consecutive year. Proving that he is a consistent top three finisher, Bradley will be determined to better this result in 2024.
It seems the only way any of these athletes can defeat Harold, is to add more size, without losing condition.
It will be interesting to see if Harold will defend his title again at the 2023 Olympia Weekend. He will surely have a number of opponents fighting for what he has.
