Nathan De Asha won the 2023 Flex Weekend Pro show in Milan, Italy, to book his ticket to the 2023 Mr. Olympia.

This event was very important for a number of top athletes, such as Nathan De Asha, Regan Grimes, Blessing Awodibu, and many others, who still need to earn their qualification for the 2023 Mr. Olympia.

it is not the first time Nathan qualified for the Mr. Olympia in recent years, but visa issues have prevented him from attending this event.

With 10 pro victories under his belt, Nathan is an automatic favorite to finish at least in the top five at the Mr. Olympia.

Shouming Yan also presented an incredible physique and finished in fourth. We can expect to see a lot more from this great athlete, who has the genetics to improve and win events.

Rounding off the top five was Blessing Awodibu. Blessing presented a much more improved physique, compared to his previous performances.

Blessing’s upper body development was fantastic, but he still needs to add more size to his legs, if he wants to challenge for more major titles.
