2023 Women’s Physique Olympia: Sarah Villegas wins back title.
Sarah Villegas has won her third Women’s Physique Olympia title after she defeated, defending champion Natalia Abraham Coelho.
Sarah was dominating the Women’s Physique division in 2020 and 2021, until she was defeated by Natalia in 2023.
After a year of controversy between the two, with both trading words, Sarah focused on winning her title back, and she did just that.
It was a very close battle between Sarah and Natalia, but it would be Sarah lifting the title for the third time in her career.
Sarah’s incredible conditioning most probably edged her past Natalia.
Zama Benta finished in third, taking the bronze medal home, while Brooke Walker and Anne-Loraine Mohn finished in fourth and fifth place respectively.
