2024 Arnold Classic: Hadi Choopan and defending champion Samson Dauda battle it out for the top prize.
Defending champion Samson Dauda and 2022 Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan are going head to head for the 2024 Arnold Classic title.
Leading up to the show, bodybuilding pundits from all over the world discussed this battle in detail, knowing that it would be between the two champions.
Hadi Choopan stepped on stage with his trademark shredded condition that matched his well-balanced physique.
The bigger Samson Dauda appeared in great condition, edging everybody out with his incredible size and fullness, but will it be enough to push aside the better-conditioned Hadi Choopan?
The first callout consisted of Hadi Choopan, Samson Dauda, John Delarosa, Antoine Vaillant, James Hollingshead, and Rafael Brandao. The rest were left to battle for third place, with Samson and Hadi fighting for the top spot.
The third callout had Mohamed Shaaban, Justin Rodriguez, Akim Williams, and Marcello De Angelis, all fighting to hopefully move up a place in the finals the next day.
The final callout gave another opportunity for Samson and Hadi to convince the judges who would be the worthy champion.
As it looks, Samson is not the clear winner, with Hadi looking better in several poses. the judges will have the difficult task to decide between the bigger and fuller Samson Dauda, or the shredded and balanced Hadi Choopan.
