Andrew Jacked forces critics to eat their words
Chinedu Andrew Obiekea, aka Andrew Jacked, is the main subject of every bodybuilding podcast and website, a day after winning his pro debut in Texas.
Having a short stint with the IFBB Elite Pro, Andrew immediately switched over to the NPC and earned his pro status by winning the Amateur Arnold Classic.
Last weekend at the 2022 Texas Pro, Andrew Jacked entered the competition as a warm-up for the 2022 Arnold UK.
Leading up to the event, a number of pundits, gave their opinion about Andrew, and they were not so convinced about him.
Fouad Abiad, Ben Chow and Iain Valliere, were very critical about Andrew, leading up to the Texas Pro, but after the result, they all made a U-turn on their comments.
After the Texas Pro, Fouad, Iain and Ben, all went to their social media to immediately do damage control, in regards to the comments they made about Andrew Jack, days before the Texas Pro.
New athletes seen as a threat
It has become a trend for a number of athletes who feel threatened about any newcomer to downplay their chances of winning an event.
In the past few weeks, Michal Krizo and Andrew Jacked stormed onto the bodybuilding scene, bringing excitement to the sport. Andrew has already qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, while Michal still has to earn his pro status.
With Andrew already qualified, and Michal hopeful of qualifying for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, the top five of the 2021 Mr. Olympia are all feeling threatened.
With new talent being included in the Mr. Olympia line-up, no competitor is guaranteed a place, not even defending champion Big Ramy.
At the time of publishing this article, Andrew Jacked is already qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, and it is already being predicted that he can easily place in the top five, pushing a number of big names down.
Andrew is already being compared to Phil Heath and Flex Wheeler. Having similar aesthetics to his trainer Flex Wheeler and the 3D look of Phil Heath, Andrew will truly be a contender for the Mr. Olympia title in the years to come.
Chris Aceto has also recently praised Andrew on the latest edition of RXMuscle’s Heavy Muscle Radio.
Everybody is looking forward to the 2022 Mr. Olympia, as it’s looking to be one of the most exciting events in the last few years.
