Long road ahead for Aaron Singerman as he is sent to jail.

A U.S. magistrate judge has revoked the bond conditions of Blackstone labs co-founder and Redcon1 owner Aaron Singerman, and ordered that he be sent to jail.

Singerman is waiting for sentencing for federal crimes, after he drove with a suspended license and crashed his car while under the influence of a pharmaceutical drug to treat insomnia.

Life has not been easy for Singerman, who co-founded sports supplement brand Blackstone Labs, since he pleaded guilty in November to federal crimes related to the sale of illegal products marketed as dietary supplements.

The troubles for Singerman started last November, when he was arrested for boating under the influence after he crashed his boat into a dock and parked vessels in Deerfield Beach, Florida, according to U.S. Magistrate Judge William Matthewman.

Then on 7 January, 2022, Singerman drove on a suspended license while under the influence of Ambien, collided with another vehicle, crossed the median and struck a palm tree, according to the judge.

Singerman was treated at a hospital after fire rescue extricated him from his vehicle, according to the court order.

During a Jan. 13 hearing, in response to the government’s motion to revoke Singerman’s bond conditions, a sleep and addiction specialist, Dr. Darryl Appleton, testified he prescribed Singerman 5 milligrams of Ambien on 5 January and that he spoke to his patient within a few days of his accident.

Dr. Appleton stated that Singerman had suffered from a side effect of Ambien called parasomnia, that he did not intentionally drive his car and that amnesia prevents him from remembering the crash.

Regardless of all the evidence in Singerman’s favor, Judge Matthewman, found Singerman is unlikely to abide by any condition or combination of conditions of release.

On Jan. 13, the judge ordered Singerman be incarcerated, and his written order was issued the next day. Singerman was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal for confinement in a corrections facility.

“Enough is enough,” the judge concluded. “If released, defendant presents a clear danger to the community, to persons in the community and to himself. Defendant by his conduct has forfeited his opportunity to remain on bond pending sentencing.”

Singerman, who also founded RedCon1, a sports supplement company, is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 27 after pleading guilty to two criminal counts in a 14-count indictment: introduction of unapproved new drugs into interstate commerce with intent to defraud and mislead, and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.

Singerman and Blackstone Labs co-founder Phillip (“PJ”) Braun, who pleaded guilty as well, each face up to 13 years in prison. Both men also have agreed to forfeit millions of dollars to the government, court records show.

Based on federal sentencing guidelines, and provided they have no criminal history, Braun and Singerman each face between 63 and 78 months in prison on each count, although Dimitrouleas has discretion to impose harsher or more lenient sentences, including reductions for pleading guilty rather than going to trial.

They could also be credited if they provide assistance, such as testimony, against other government targets.

Singerman has agreed to forfeit to the government and pay $2.9 million before his sentencing, while Braun has agreed to forfeit $3 million, plus certified funds of around $223,000 seized under a warrant from a bank account in the name of Blackstone Labs.

Others tied to Blackstone Labs and indicted by a grand jury also await sentencing for committing federal crimes.

Singerman explained in detail his situation and what is to be expected in the future.

Millions have already been spent on his legal battles, but what is hurting Singerman the most his not being able to see his wife and children.

It is evident that Singerman regrets his actions, the same actions that have prevented him from spending more time with his family.

Aaron also talked about his company Redcon1. Singerman has confirmed that he had already started the process of stepping down from his top role at Redcon1. Singerman, confirmed in the video that Redcon1 is in good hands and will continue to run as usual, without any problems.

Singerman also stated that Redcon1 has no legal problems and will continue to grow and remain as one of the biggest supplement companies in the world.

Singerman truly regrets the bad decisions he made in the past, not realizing that they would haunt him in the near future.

We’ve stayed quiet on here even after all the weak internet “reporters” said what they needed to…truth be told, we’ve been dealing with this quietly for some time and even worse the last couple months. “Today i had to say goodbye to my husband for an unknown amount of time. Unfortunately paying the price for decisions in what feels like an old life. We had until the end of the month but unfortunately he struggled coping with this stress. We both have. But he’s made choices i know he regrets and I’ve emotionally dealt in ways that could have been better.

“The unknown has truly felt like torture on our lives and the only thing i can say is i guess this means this is the beginning of the end of this nightmare. It’s going to be a long road for me and the boys, but they are my strength and it’s truly amazing how much power and energy these guys can give me.

“Aaron says it all here but just want to reiterate a huge thank you to everyone who’s reached out to us, offered support and just simply had/have our backs through this. This still doesn’t seem real, and i know it’ll hit me in moments when i want to call him to say hi in the middle of the day or send him a funny video from the kids or going to sleep at night. Life and our days won’t be the same for a while, and it’ll be a new normal we’ll have to get used to, but like I’ve told the boys, this isn’t forever and there will be an end. It is evident Aaron is only worried about his family, and as it looks, he will be spending a lot of time away from his wife and three boys.

The past haunts Aaron Singerman

Everybody has a past, and some of the most powerful and successful people in the world have done or were a part something they surely regret.

Aaron Singerman and PJ Braun created the successful company, Blackstone Labs. This company today is still being run by PJ Braun, after he and Aaron went their separate ways.

Aaron went on to start Redcon1, which has also become a very successful company, but certain decisions that Aaron made a few years ago, have unfortunately come back to haunt him.

Aaron and PJ Braun used to sell a number of products that were labeled as illegal during their time together, and now they face numerous charges that could land them in jail for at least 13 years.

Aaron is no different than any other successful businessman, to earn success sometimes you do crazy things, hoping nobody ever notices.

Unfortunately for Aaron and PJ Braun, they were investigated and now they are both regretting the decisions they made in the past, related to the company they built together.

On top of all this, Aaron cracked under pressure and has found himself in jail almost a month before they go to court and hear the judges decision.

Exposing other companies equals less jail time

With the possibility of serving a long sentence in jail, both Aaron and PJ Braun will have the possibility to reduce their sentence if they provide assistance, such as testimony, against other government targets.

Both Aaron and PJ surely allegedly know the dark side of the supplement industry, and there is a possibility that they give information, if it means they spend less time in jail.

A difficult situation for both Aaron and PJ as this puts massive pressure on them to rat out owners of companies that might be their friends.

Owners of similar companies, are surely under pressure and wondering if they have done anything in the past that might land them in jail.

Whatever is done or decided, Aaron Singerman’s nightmare already started to come true by already being sentenced to jail, while PJ Braun’s fate will be decided at the end of the month.

The future is uncertain for Aaron Singerman, PJ Braun and their companies Redcon1 and Blackstone Labs. No matter how everything is organized and planned, having the owner in jail will not make running a company an easy task.
