Arnold Schwarzenegger feeling fantastic after second heart operation.
The bodybuilding legend, actor and politician, Arnold Schwarzenegger has totally recovered after having a second heart operation.
Schwarzenegger announced the news via his official social media pages about the surgery and that he is feeling fantastic.
“Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery. I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues. Thank you to every doc and nurse on my team!“
This is the second heart surgery for Arnold in the last two years.
In 2018, Schwarzenegger underwent surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to replace a pulmonic valve that was originally changed in 1997 due to a congenital heart defect. At the time, his spokesman said the 1997 replacement valve was never meant to be permanent, and had outlived its life expectancy.
Arnold walking around the streets of Cleveland is proof that the surgery was successful and he is 100% healthy.
Arnold’s son Patrick left a post telling his father not to go to the gym, he had a reason for saying this.
When he was much younger, Arnold had to undergo a small procedure on his heart, immediately after, he resumed training. This was a bad mistake as, Arnold had to undergo another surgery to repair the damage from excessive training immediately afterwards.
His other children Katherine and Joseph Baena also left messages for their father.
His partner in crime in the film Red Heat, Jim Belushi also took the time to wish Arnold a speedy recovery.
