Ashley Kaltwasser has won her 26th Pro League title at the 2021 Mile High Pro Show.
In the history of bikini professional competition, no athlete comes close to Ashley Kaltwasser.
Included in her impressive 26 victories, Ashley has three Bikini Olympia titles to her name. With 26 victories, Ashley has equaled the great 8X Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, who also has 26 pro victories.
What is the secret to Ashley’s dominance in the sport? There is no secret, it is just consistent training and diet, even through difficult times.
Evolutionofbodybuilding.net has been following Ashley closely throughout her career and it is great to see her rise to the top again after a couple of years out of the spotlight.
After placing fourth at the 2016 Bikini Olympia, the general feeling was that Ashley would not return to the competitive stage again, but Ashley had other ideas.
During her brief hiatus, Ashley did not sit back, she built an incredible social media following, which includes a great YouTube presence and a fantastic website.
Ashley would return in 2018 by winning three pro shows and placing fifth at the Bikini Olympia.
In 2019, Ashley would only compete at the Arnold Classic to place in third.
Ashley would win another three events and place second at one event in 2020. Unfortunately, she was overlooked at the Bikini Olympia to finish in seventh place.
Kaltwasser would continue to build on her success with her vast knowledge of the sport.
In 2021, Ashley has already won four events, bringing her total career wins to a record 26.
Surely, Ashley cannot be overlooked at the 2021 Bikini Olympia. She is the most consistent athlete that still presents the ideal bikini physique.
No other bikini athlete has been as consistent as Ashley and she is still a contender to win the 2021 Bikini Olympia.
Finishing off the season with a fourth Bikini Olympia title would be the cherry on the cake.
