3X Bikini Olympia Champion, Ashley Kaltwasser, is setting the perfect example for all professional athletes. Every bodybuilder and fitness athlete should follow the path of Ashley to excel in the sport of bodybuilding and fitness.

Not only has Ashley won three bikini Olympia titles, but she has won the most pro shows in the history of bodybuilding and fitness.

While many expected Ashley to win her fourth Olympia title in 2016, unfortunately the results did not go her way in the following years. After placing a controversial seventh in 2020, many believed that Ashley’s dominance on the Olympia stage was coming to an end.

Ashley still has a lot to prove and 2021 was the year that she would turn her competitive career around.

While Ashley was not getting the placings she expected on the Olympia stage after 2016, she was dominating all the other contests leading up to the Olympia Weekend.

In 2021, Ashley competed in a record 14 shows, to finish first in eight of them, bringing her record of professional victories to 30. At the 2021 Olympia Weekend, Ashley finished in third, to prove to the bodybuilding and fitness world that she still can win her fourth Bikini Olympia title.

At the end of the 2021 season, Ashley confirmed that she will compete at the first show in 2022, which is the Legends Pro. Ashley went on to dominate the event and finish in top spot.

The next big event for Ashley is the 2022 Arnold Classic. Ashley has won the Arnold Classic in 2014 and 2015. The contest will have some of the best Bikini athletes in the world, but Ashley will be one of the favorites to win the title for the third time.

Ashley continues to set an example while others complain

As it looks, Ashley does not look like she is stopping anytime soon as she will continue to compete and try to add more victories to her incredible resume.

It has become a trend for a number of bikini athletes to complain when Ashley wins a Olympia qualifier. Since Ashley won the Bikini Olympia, she is lifetime qualified for the Olympia Weekend.

Some bikini athletes have vented their frustration that Ashley is not giving a chance to other bikini athletes to win events and qualify for the Olympia Weekend.

This is truly outrages and the stupidest thing somebody can say. In any other sport, if a team or athlete is dominating, you never hear the other teams or competitors complaining that the winner is not giving them a chance to win a championship.

Ashley is a professional athlete and she has every right to compete at every event. Thanks to fantastic genetics and an incredible focus on training and diet, Ashley is literally the perfect athlete.

On top of all the competitions, Ashley is very active on social media with weekly podcasts and as well seminars all over the USA and Europe.

The other athletes that compete against Ashley, should feel privileged that Ashley is competing at all these events. The other competitors should see Ashley as a goal and try to defeat her, not complain because they can’t beat her.

If you are trying to qualify for the Olympia Weekend and you cannot beat Ashley, this is already an indication of how you will place. No event should be easy and its an incredible privilege to have a top athlete such as Ashley competing at numerous events.

Rather than complain, the younger athletes should try to learn as much as possible from Ashley Kaltwasser. The knowledge they can get from competing against her will be tremendous.

Leading up to the 2022 Arnold Classic, Ashley wanted to compete at he Legends Pro to test herself and see what improvements need to be done. She has every right to do this, and competing sometimes gives the best indication of what needs to be done.

Ashley will be looking to challenge for the Bikini Olympia title in 2022 and she has a very good chance of winning.
