One of the main highlights of the event is the latest news of Mika Sihvonen, the 2018 90kg IFBB Elite World Pro Champion moving up to the open class to challenge defending champion Michal Križo Križánek.
Mika and Michal have already battled against each other at the 2019 Arnold Classic Europe. Michal edged past the perfectly balanced Mika Sihoven.
After the 2019 Arnold Classic Europe where Mika placed second, Mika decided it was time to move up into the open class and challenge for the top title at the 2019 IFBB Elite Pro World Championships.

The queen of Wellness, Angela Borges will be back to defend her 2018 Wellness World Championship title.
The Bikini Fitness division is a open affair. Yana Kuznetsova is going into the show as one of the favorites to win the championship after placing second in 2018. Yana was one of the most successful bikini athletes in the 2019 season.
