Calum Von Moger the popular bodybuilder boycotts Arnold Schwarzenegger after his “Screw Your Freedom” comments.
Calum Von Moger recently published a video on his official Instagram page showing his posters of Arnold Schwarzenegger ripped of his wall.
This was a reaction to Arnold’s recent interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was asked for his opinion about Covid-19 and his opinion how the American citizens are handling the situation.
America is a free country, and a lot of citizen’s either have their own theory about Covid-19 or they have decided to follow the instructions of the experts and the government.
During his interview with Alexander S. Vindman (Vet. Defender of Constitution) and Bianna Golodryga (Senior Global Affairs analyst), Arnold made some comments that angered many people in America and around the world.
Referring to US citizens fighting for their right to freedom of speech and their right to decide what they want to do in relation to Covid-19 vaccines or regulations, Arnold said “Screw your freedom”.
The moment Arnold said “Screw your freedom”, Arnold received a backlash from politicians, media and people all over the world.
Arnold’s comments could have been misinterpreted by Calum and many others. When Schwarzenegger said “Screw Your Freedom”, he was referring to people that refuse to take the vaccine or wear masks. The repercussions of this would keep Arnold from enjoying his freedom.

Caljum Von Moger played the part of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the film called “Bigger”. The film was about the fathers of bodybuilding, Joe and Ben Weider.
Leading up to the film, Calum spent a lot of time with his idol Arnold Schwarzenegger, perfecting his posing and learning how to be like his idol.
Calum looked up to Arnold since he was a young boy, but this seems to all have changed.
After Arnold’s recent comments, Calum publicly announced that he is distancing himself from Schwarzenegger.

A bad decision?
The decision by Calum and many others such as Aaron Singerman, the owner of Redcon1, to distance themselves from Arnold, may come back to haunt them in the future.
America is a free country that takes “Freedom of Speech” very seriously.
Just as Calum and Aaron have the right to express their opinion, it can be said, Arnold also has the right to express his opinion in why he feels his freedom is being hindered.
The decision to go against Schwarzenegger by some of the biggest names in the bodybuilding and fitness industry might literally haunt them in the future.
Arnold Schwarzenegger has been around since the late 1960’s and has been the face of bodybuilding and action films for over 50 years. His legacy will live on forever.
When Aaron Singerman made the decision to cancel all his sponsorship deals with Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Arnold Classic, Arnold did not have to wait long before he found a new sponsor.
Arnold still has a lot of power in the industry, he is a bodybuilding legend and the few that are boycotting him will most probably be forgotten.
The people boycotting Arnold must remember that he gave us over 30 years of the best bodybuilding events in the history of the sport.
It was Arnold that helped make Ben and Joe Weider legendary.
Again, Arnold has the right to express his opinion, just as many expressed their opinion against him.
