Cardio Cuts 3.0 has one of the largest formulas we’ve seen. It features many ingredients, all of which are unfortunately in proprietary blends. In case you weren’t aware, proprietary blends are concoctions of different ingredients that have hidden individual dosages. The issue is that you’re only able to see the total dose of the blend.

To save you time and not bore you to death with unnecessary details, we’ll focus only on the most important ingredients in Cardio Cuts 3.0.

Tone Tight Complex

This blend is, as the name tells, designed to help you tone up and tighten that midsection. It uses ingredients such as:

  • L-Carnitine
  • CLA
  • Safflower oil

The only one out of these three ingredients worth something is CLA. It could aid your fat loss but the effects aren’t spectacular. Safflower oil is a source of linoleic acid which helps with certain things, but in all truth, there are better ingredients to feature in a fat burner. It’s the same story with carnitine. (1)

Thyro-Define Complex

Thyro-Define blend supports your thyroid health. Key ingredients include:

  • Kelp – a source of iodine, which nourishes your thyroid gland
  • Tyrosine – helps you deal better with stress and perform mental tasks when otherwise you wouldn’t be able to (e.g. under periods of extreme stress and pressure, such as cold water immersion, sleep deprivation, etc.) (2)
  • Guggul Extract – there are rumors that guggul extract will improve your thyroid function. But those are just rumors; Examine states that Guggul’s benefits are insignificant. (3)

The blend also includes blackberry extract, but it doesn’t offer any major benefits related to your workouts or fat loss.

Amino-Acid Performance Complex

This blend contains an array of amino acids. Some are essential, some aren’t.

For example, l-leucine and l-valine are essential for your body, meaning you can’t synthesize them without food. Leucine is also an important BCAA, aka, a branched-chain amino acid that helps you build and repair muscles. (4)

There’s also taurine which helps with some aspects of your fitness and cognition, along with glutamine which is abundant in our gut and helps protect cell walls there. There’s not much to it when it comes to fat loss though.

Endu-Recover Complex

This blend is a mixed bag of everything. From beta-alanine which will cause you tingles (distracting for some people) to histidine which facilitates muscle tissue repair. We like the blend, the only issue is that we can’t see its dosage. Making us unable to assess if it will work for you.

Vaso-Lean Complex

Vaso-Lean Complex aims to improve your blood flow for better muscle pumps in the gym. The main ingredient in the blend is L-Arginine, which is a known vasodilator. However, taking l-arginine directly from a supplement will have little effect on your pumps. That’s because this amino acid has poor bioavailability in your body. A better option would be l-citrulline which naturally converts to l-arginine in kidneys, and is shown to have more potent effects than taking l-arginine directly. (5)

Rejuvenation Complex

This blend features a mix of antioxidants, including:

  • Alpha Lipoid Acid – a potent antioxidant with a short-lived half-life. It can chelate mercury and other heavy metals. Make sure to talk to your doctor before taking this one if you have any questions about it. (7)
  • N-Acetyl-Cysteine – helps the body produce the master antioxidant glutathione which diminishes oxidative stress.
  • Resveratrol – a famous ‘anti-aging’ molecule. As Examine neatly stated, it probably won’t add years to your life, but may add life to your years. (6)
  • Folic Acid – this is vitamin B9 and a basic ingredient in a supplement like Cardio Cuts 3.0. It helps regulate homocysteine levels which are linked to plaque build up within your blood vessels.
  • Pine Bark Extract – provides antioxidant protection.

These are all great ingredients that might reduce inflammation in your body, in addition to boosting blood flow and protecting from free radicals. What’s more, pine bark extract is a known nootropic and cognitive enhancer; promoting blood flow in the brain.

Thermo-Cardio-Focus Complex

Now, this is the biggest blend in terms of the number of ingredients in it. However, the dosage is only 525mg per serving, which suggests that the ingredients may not come in optimal doses.

This blend includes:

  • Caffeine
  • Raspberry Ketones
  • Ashwagandha
  • Schizandra
  • Huperzine A
  • Phosphatidylserine
  • Amla Fruit
  • Guarana

Anything Missing?

Even though there are so many ingredients in Cardio Cuts 3.0, the supplement didn’t include a strong appetite suppressant or a thermogenic. In particular, we feel there are two key ingredients missing in Cardio Cuts 3.0:

  • Garcinia Cambogia
  • Green Tea Extract

Garcinia is a great ingredient because it makes you feel full. It does this by boosting your serotonin brain levels. Higher serotonin is often linked to feelings of satiety and reduced food cravings. (9)

On the other hand, green tea extract is fantastic for ramping up your metabolism and keeping you burning calories all day and night. (10)

How to Take (Dosage)

The best way to take Cardio Cuts 3.0 depends on your goal.

For fat loss purposes, mix 1 scoop with 8-10 oz of water and drink it with breakfast. Take one more scoop with your lunch.

For pre-workout purposes, mix 1 scoop with 8-10 oz of water or 2 scoops with 16-20 oz of water, 30 minutes before your training session.

For both fat loss and pre-workout purposes, the label suggests taking the first scoop 30 minutes before your workout, followed by a second scoop 4 hours later.

We suggest starting with just 1 scoop per day to asses your tolerance. Remember, this product hides its ingredient dosages within proprietary blends. As a result, we can’t tell if the dosages of certain ingredients will cause side effects. It’s always best to start low then go from there!

Some people can find these instructions a little complicated. If you live a busy lifestyle, you don’t have time to adhere to complicated dosage timings. A good fat burner will make it easy for you while providing good results; it seems that Cardio Cuts 3.0 fails at both things.
