One of the trailblazers of the industry, the Hamburg-based company has shaped the nutrition scene since 1936. Only high-quality and tested raw materials find their way into supplements produced by Olimp. The industry giant from Hanau will also be putting its assortment on display at FIBO POWER. The same is true for All Stars, the expert in effective nutrition for power athletes. Made in Germany, Zec+ Nutrition’s product portfolio also covers the needs of bodybuilders and exercise enthusiasts. Dymatize Nutrition, the specialist for proteins, amino acids and the like, as well as Budapest-based nutritional supplements maker Mutant will also be among the top exhibitors at FIBO POWER.

6Pack Bags is all about fashion for strong boys and girls – the company from San Francisco specialises in meal management bags and carries various versions of these handy bags, which boast plenty of storage space for lunch boxes, including gym bags, backpacks and even chic ladies’ handbags. Labellamafia and Gym Aesthetics will be among the exhibitors showing jackets, leggings, shorts and other clothing. Smilodox sells about 200 products for athletes who like to go to the limit and need suitable sports and fitness apparel to help them get there.

A programme without limits

It goes without saying that FIBO POWER’s programme for bodybuilding fans will also be quite impressive. From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, 8 April, for example, the FIBO POWER Symposium will take place in Hall 5.2. Figurmacher® Andreas Scholz, the “figure maker”, will present expert know-how to trade and private trade fair visitors at an event called “Science – comprehensible at last!” Speakers from the science sector and the real world will explain the latest expert insights – using language everyday folks can understand, no less. Participants will include nutrition and sports medicine physician Dr. Torsten Albers, nutritionist and nutritional therapist Philipp Rauscher, molecular biologist and high-performance sports coach Dr. Martina Ollesch, physiotherapist and owner of Wolf Hartwarth, and of course ecotrophologist and Figurmacher® Andreas Scholz. As far as the subject matter is concerned, they will discuss the questions people having to do with the human physique on a personal or professional level would ask. These include possible solutions when experiencing stagnation during planned weight loss, strategies for maximum performance and the influence of sweeteners on the metabolism and the gut flora. Also on the agenda will be killer joint exercises, plus an exploration of the things we can learn from bodybuilders. Anyone still interested in participating in the cup competitions should get in touch directly with the DBFV. The contact there is Alex Stampoulidis:

One absolute programme highlight on POWER Saturday is the Miss FIBO POWER Beauty Contest. The big final will decide which two athletes from the field of altogether 20 finalists in the “Newcomers” and “Amateur” categories will emerge victorious as Miss FIBO POWER Beauty. Come to the stage in Hall 10.2 at 2:15 pm on 9 April if you don’t want to miss it. A jury of experts will then decide which of the finalists have what it takes to hold the Miss FIBO POWER Beauty 2016 title. The winners in each category can look forward to their own photo series in the magazine Sport Revue. Click here to check out the finalists. To see all participants, go here.
