FIBO Power Pro Bodybuilding event to possibly return in 2025
The last time professional bodybuilders competed at the FIBO Power expo was in 2013, with the late Cedric McMillan winning the event.
The FIBO Power Pro bodybuilding event only lasted three years, with the event taking place between 2011 and 2013.
The news about the event returning in 2025, was leaked by Fouad Abiad, on his “BroChat” podcast.
Fouad did not know if he should announce the event, but since he already revealed some details, he continued to talk about the event.
The news about the FIBO bodybuilding event was revealed by Fouad Abiad when he announced the dates for the 2025 Detroit Pro event that will be taking place on 23 March 2025.
While Fouad preferred to organize his event in April 2025, the FIBO Power Pro is allegedly taking place 10-13 April 2025, leaving Fouad no option but to organize his event in March 2025.
The organizers of the FIBO expo or the IFBB Pro League have yet to confirm if the 2025 FIBO Power Pro will take place at the time of publishing this article.
The FIBO Power Pro Show
There are only three bodybuilders that have won the FIBO Power Pro show. Dexter Jackson in 2011, Johnnie Jackson in 2012, and the late Cedric McMillan in 2013.
If the event does return in 2025, it will be 12 years after the last edition of the event took place. Bodybuilding was in a very different era back then, with 99% of the bodybuilders who competed at those events officially retired.
