Who Makes JetFUEL T-300?
GAT Sport (or German American Technologies) is a brand of supplements especially crafted for bodybuilders and athletes. They describe themselves as ‘hardcore’ and want sports enthusiasts to ‘attain superior strength and massive performance gains.’
GAT has been in business for over 20 years and ensures high-quality products manufactured in FDA approved facilities that are also certified by cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
The company prides itself in the diverse range of supplements, clean transparent formulas and amazing flavours.
They currently have 35 employees on LinkedIn, some of which are from the UK, Australia and Serbia.
Benefits
GAT’s main claims with regards to this product are that it:
- Promotes fat burning
- Act as a testosterone stimulator
- Maximizes thermogenesis
On top of that, it is supposed to be packed with over 200mg of active ingredients, including coffee, magnesium and calcium fructoborate.
All of these, when combined, create a ‘powerful dual-action supplement with fat-shredding activators which also supports testosterone production within normal levels’.
If you’re reading this and the product seems to be ticking all the right boxes for you – hold on for a second! We haven’t scrutinized the ingredients yet, have we?
JetFUEL T-300 Ingredients
The capsule itself is made out of gelatin, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide.
Not bad, but not great either, as the added gelatin makes JetFUEL unsuitable for vegetarians or vegans.
JetFUEL T-300 contains a very diverse formula that is split into three distinct blends: testosterone support agents, thermogenic and cognitive enhancing blend.
We won’t go over each ingredient separately, but we will certainly cover the most important components of the formula.

Calcium Fructoborate 108mg
Calcium fructoborate is actually a plant-based compound of boron.
We like to see broon in Test boosters, this is a good start. Boron has been proven to (1):
- Increase free testosterone by as much as 25%
- Reduce inflammation by 50%
- Reduce estrogen by 50%
- Metabolize vitamins and minerals
- Increase the testosterone boosting effects of vitamin D
- Improve cognitive function
Caffeine Anhydrous 300mg
Caffeine has been shown to influence both thermogenesis and sports performance (2). It is quite potent and can increase fat oxidation as well as lipid metabolism (3).
Unfortunately, our bodies can quickly adapt to regular caffeine consumption, meaning that, in time, we will need to consume more in order to reap its benefits (4).
Magnesium Aspartate 1000mg
There are many proven benefits of taking magnesium. From improved sleep to nervous system regulation, magnesium can help the body in many ways.
For example, magnesium can increase sports performance for athletes and those suffering from chronic diseases. (5)
What’s more, supplementing with magnesium can help reduce both insulin resistance and blood sugar levels. (6)
Cayenne Pepper 35mg
These very spicy peppers have become quite popular as additives in thermogenic blends, as they have been shown to aid with weight loss. This is mainly because cayenne boosts metabolism and reduces cravings (7), (8).
Cayenne is also capable of helping you burn extra calories, thanks to its ability to raise body temperature. This process then prompts the body to quickly cool down, thus burning more energy. (9).
Ashwagandha 62.5mg
An ancient herb used in Ayurveda for many common ailments.
There aren’t studies confirming ashwagandha’s ability to boost memory and focus, but it has been proven to increase the psychomotor time (or reaction time), as well as cognitive function (10).
However, there is only a little over 60mg of ashwagandha in this blend. It’s nowhere near enough, most studies have shown good results using far more than this. We’d expect to see at least 200mg in the formula for there to be any noticeable effect.
Zinc 90mg overall
Zinc is an essential mineral responsible for a number of biological reactions and maintenance of the human body.
Some of its functions are:
- Immune system support
- Wound healing and blood clotting
- Thyroid gland support
Zinc can be found in many foods such as red meat, dairy, nuts and seafood. This makes it very easily obtained through a healthy and balanced diet.
For this reason, zinc supplementation should be minimal (unless you are vegan, in which case it is advisable).
JetFUEL has a total of 90mg of zinc (in two separate declarations on the label, one of 15mg and one of 75mg), which WAY more than the upper tolerance of 35mg daily. Expect side effects.
Anything Missing?
As boron works well with vitamin D, adding it to the formula would strengthen the effectiveness of the product considerably.
One study showed that, when combined together, boron and vitamin D can affect at least three different bodily processes. (12)
Even though the study was conducted on animals, its findings are quite promising and may apply to human subjects as well (though more research is needed).
Keep on reading this JetFUEL T-300 review to find out the awful side effects that this product may likely give you!
JetFUEL T-300 Side Effects
So let’s now talk about the possible side effects (and they are a few!).
Firstly, the amount of caffeine in JetFUEL is equivalent to 4 cups of coffee. That’s a lot unless you enjoy the feeling of being hyped up all the time!
If you do, that’s unfortunate because too much caffeine has been associated with some nasty side effects:
Potential Caffeine Side Effects
- Anxiety
- Insomnia
- Loose stools and GERD
- Rhabdomyolysis (muscle breakdown)
- High blood pressure
- Atrial fibrillation (rapid heart rate)
- Frequent urination
Some of those, such as muscle breakdown or high blood pressure, are very rare and have only been shown in people who consumed at least 500mg of caffeine in short periods. Nevertheless, small amounts can easily add up, so be careful if you take JetFUEL alongside your morning coffee, black or green tea. (13)
As we already established, JetFUEL also contains a very high dose of zinc. The upper level of daily zinc consumption (from all sources!) should be no more than 35mg. This means that one serving of JetFUEL has more than twice the amount of zinc needed!
And what are the signs of zinc overdose?
Potential Caffeine Side Effects
- Diarrhoea and stomach pain
- Low HDL cholesterol (the good kind)
- Copper deficiency
- Lowered and weakened immune system

Is JetFUEL T-300 Good Value For Money?
You should still ask yourself a couple of questions before purchasing:
- Do I drink a lot of caffeinated beverages daily or consume caffeine in general? – Think coffee, black tea, green tea, supplements containing caffeine and most sports drinks.
- Do I consume enough zinc, and if I do, am I willing to experiment with high zinc amounts? – Remember, it’s not difficult to get zinc from your daily diet! Some foods rich in zinc include eggs, meat, seafood and legumes. Those are also healthy whole foods that should be consumed for overall health and vitality.
Also, keep in mind that we would not advise you to take in more caffeine or additional supplements such as a multivitamin if you do decide to try JetFUEL.
Conclusion
So this concludes our JetFUEL T-300 review!
Is the supplement going to get a thumb’s up or a thumb’s down from you?
JetFUEL is packed full of ingredients that could potentially back up GAT’s claims, though not all components of the formula are safe for use over long periods at the levels present in the product.
And if you consume many foods rich in zinc, you may want to consider whether this product would benefit you more than it could harm you. The same goes for caffeine, though it would be much easier to abandon that morning coffee than it would scrambled egg and spinach, would it?
