Guy Cisternino vs Car Dealers: The reality of poor customer service.
Guy Cisternino is known to be outspoken in whatever he believes will make a difference. If it’s about bodybuilding or life in general, Guy will let you know what he thinks, whether you like it or not.
If you follow any of Cisternino’s social media channels, you get to witness his daily activities. If its training, shopping or even working at his father’s butcher, it’s all there to see.
In the last few months, Guy decided that he wanted to purchase another vehicle. Basically a second hand pickup or SUV, to take his dogs with him when he travels and also use as a daily work vehicle.
One would expect that when walking into a car dealership, the client would be hounded by sales people, but unfortunately, Cisternino witnessed the opposite.
Cisternino published two videos, taking his viewers with him on his adventure of trying to purchase a vehicle.
The first video that was published on 13 December, 2022, gave us a taste of what was to come.
The second video published on 5 February, 2023, was totally dedicated to Guy Cisternino’s failed attempt to purchase a vehicle.
At every car dealership that Cisternino entered, he specifically told the sales person, that he is ready to purchase a vehicle immediately and pay in cash.
To the amazement of Cisternino and his friends, they witnessed a bunch of lazy sales people, that literally had no idea of what they were talking about.
The sale person would not get up from their chair to show Cisternino the vehicles, or they had no information about the vehicle, leaving Guy wondering what the hell is going on in today’s society.
Guy Cisternino’s powerful message
At the end of the video published on 5 February, 2023, Cisternino’s message is very powerful and is the exact message that society needs to hear today.
Some people are just lazy, expecting things, such as money or opportunities to fall in their lap.
Guy’s experience with car salesmen, can be easily applied to the sport of bodybuilding.
Many athletes expect to be awarded with the least effort. The most established and successful athletes today, are the same ones that hustled, and worked their butts off during their entire career.
The successful bodybuilders from the 80’s up to the 2000’s, never stopped working. From traveling all over the world to compete and do guest appearances, to launching their own apparel, they never stopped.
Jay Cutler is a perfect example, he is financially stable, with the right investments when he was compete9ing, he managed to secure his future.
Even with his financial success, Cutler is still the hardest working bodybuilders in the industry, even years after is retirement.
Cutler does have a beautiful house, and incredible cars, but he deserves it, he worked very hard to enjoy these material things.
Guy Cisternino is another great example. If you follow Cisternino’s social media, you will notice he never stops. Cisternino is very loyal to his sponsors, he is constantly traveling promoting the brands.
The richest people in the world started their businesses from their garage. Their never quit attitude catapulted them to success. The Weiders, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft and others, didn’t just appear, they were created with a few guys hustling to be the best they can be.
Cisternino is proof of what hard work really is, and every athlete or business person should look at him and Cutler as an example.
