In the last couple of days, a rumor was circulating about Hadi Choopan retiring from the sport of competitive bodybuilding.
The rumor started gaining momentum when a popular bodybuilding channel on YouTube, published a video.
A post that has now been removed from Hadi Choopan’s official social media pages was poorly translated and the false rumors started to make its rounds.
Hadi’s trainer and mentor Hany Rambod put the rumors to rest on his official YouTube channel.
Hany published a video confirming that Hadi Choopan will be competing at the 2021 Mr. Olympia and is already preparing for this event.
Hany has also confirmed the travel ban in the USA for Iran has been lifted and Hadi should have no complications to travel to the USA.
Choopan has been one of the favorites to win the Mr. Olympia title for the last two years.
Many believe he should have won the title in 2019. Hadi’s size and conditioning is one of the best on stage.
