High-powered attorney preparing legal action against the NPC and Pro League.
Days after the Washington Post published an article exposing the alleged sexual exploitation within the NPC and Pro League, Attorney Lisa Bloom is preparing legal action.
A number of female athletes have come forward about how they were allegedly treated by J.M. Manion and several officials, during their competitive careers within the NPC and Pro League.
Days after the article was published by the Washington Post, NPC and Pro League President, Jim Manion and Vice-President, Tyler Manion, sent a letter to all their promoters and officials, denying the claims.

While the Manion’s denied the allegations of sexual exploitation, the Olympia LLC and Arnold Classic representatives also commented on the situation, saying they will follow the developments very closely.
As published in the Washington Post, Brian Powers, executive director for the Arnold Sports Festival, which includes the Arnold Classic, said his organization has a zero-tolerance policy, and in light of recent reports, “we are developing enhanced measures to strengthen existing safety protocols.”

Another official, who spoke to the Washington Post on the condition of anonymity because that person was not authorized to speak on the record said, “J.M. Manion will not be attending our show.”
In an email to The Post, the Olympia organization, which will hold its premier annual event in December, said it would address “any and all issues that could impact the culture and the integrity of the sport we love. We will continue to update you on these efforts in the weeks to come.”

High-powered attorney to formulate major legal action
A press release was sent to Evolutionofbodybuilding.net on 2 November 2022, indicating that a very powerful and respected attorney is formulating legal action against the NPC and Pro League.
Lisa Bloom, the attorney putting together the legal action, needs no introduction. Her track record proves that she is the best attorney to represent these athletes.
As it looks, rather than allegedly brushing off and ridiculing the allegations against them, Jim and Tyler Manion have a lot to worry about.
The press release:
A major legal action is being formulated
by a high-powered Los Angeles attorney to address
the alleged sexual abuse of female athletes
by the officials of the

I am currently investigating the disturbing claims of sexual exploitation of female body builders. We are talking to victims, confidentially if they like.
The accused are essentially calling the women liars, despite a well sourced @washingtonpost story.https://t.co/nRco02UCE7
