Hunter Labrada’s latest update
I can do ANYTHING for 28 days, that’s the only thing on my mind right now. I have 28 days left to win💪.
Well, we made big changes last week nutritionally, and my body responded with big changes! This last week the “prep feels” hit me like a ton of bricks, but that’s par for the course, especially this close! Couldn’t ask for a better team, support system, or be in a better headspace!
Fasted: 259 lbs Post training: 263lbs
Training: this is the first week that some of my tracked lifts took a hit, which is to be expected! I’ve been fighting tooth and nail to not let the log book slip, but as we get this close, and my energy levels get as low as they are, it’s just going to happen! Important thing is to push as hard as possible, be smart about which exercises I expend my energy on, and listen to my body!
Nutrition: @andrew_vu87 cut by food pretty hard this last week, which is exactly what needed to happen! Guess we aren’t just throwing darts and getting lucky😉 we are still going “high” on my push, pull, and leg days, and then “low” on my arm and off days! I’ve attached the current diet as the last pic!
Cardio: still at 30 min steady state every day but leg days aiming to keep my heart rate between 145 and 155!
