Dr. Santonja is usually travelling all over the world attending IFBB events and meeting very important people such as Olympic officials and government ministers to promote the sport of bodybuilding and fitness.

Due to this virus, Dr. Santonja, just like the rest of the world has to basically stay home.

This did not stop Rafael from contributing to the sport he loves.



Dr. Santonja prepared a short video showing an easy way to have a complete full body workout in the comfort of your own home.

The workout can be done anywhere. If you don’t have free weights, two water bottles will be perfect to work with.

Dr. Santonja is still very active in the gym and his expert advice will be a valuable asset to the thousands of athletes at home trying to keep in shape.
