Italy’s Andrea Bolzoni dominates the 2019 IFBB Diamond Cup Malta.
Malta’s third edition of the IFBB Diamond Cup took place at the great venue at the Dolmen hotel in Qawra, Malta.
The contest has become one of the highlights of the IFBB amateur schedule. The best athletes from all over Europe making the trip to the sunny island to participate in this great show.
As with all other IFBB Diamond Cup competitions, IFBB Elite pro cards are awarded to the winners in various categories, plus points towards the IFBB Amateur World Rankings.
IFBB President Dr. Rafael Santonja and his family were also present at this great event.
IFBB-Malta President and committee made sure all the athletes were treated perfectly, making sure they could help out with anything they needed.
The show was perfectly organized with a top-notch stage setup.
The star of the evening was the great Andrea Bolzoni.
Andrea dominated the amateur ranks in the 2018 contest season and has already started to do the same in 2019.
Putting aside many opportunities to turn pro, Andrea decided to continue competing at the amateur level to continue to perfect his physique.
Andrea has the perfect look, size and super conditioning.
Second place in overall bodybuilding went to Algeria’s Sid Ali Midoun while third and fourth went to Romania’s Emil-Marius Giurgiu and Spain’s David Pozzi Tena.
