James Hollingshead is focused on the 2024 Arnold Classic USA and UK, which will take place next March 2024.
James has teamed up with bodybuilding legend Milos Sarcev to prepare him for the 2024 contest season and hopefully qualification for the 2024 Mr. Olympia.
James teams up with fellow Englishman, Samson Dauda, who Milos Sarcev also coaches.
Compared to his previous contest preps, James is already looking harder and more defined, with eight weeks still to go for the Arnold Classic USA.
James has the mass and thickness, with the potential of being a dominant force at any event he competes in, but unfortunately, he somehow missed his mark on several occasions.
With Milos Sarcev in his corner, we can expect a new and improved Hollingshead. With the vast improvements that Samson Dauda has made in the last two years, we can expect the same with Hollingshead.
