Michal Krizo and Iain Valliere trade words on social media

Michal Krizo and Iain Valliere trade words on social media.

The 2022 Olympia Weekend is getting closer, and the top bodybuilding stars are starting to make themselves noticed on social media with photos and comments.

The latest exchange is between two of the biggest bodybuilders in the industry, Michal Krizo and Iain Valliere.

Michal Krizo might be the new kid on the block in the Pro League, but he’s already an established bodybuilder, with a number of prestigious titles under his belt from the IFBB Elite Pro League.

Winning numerous title which include IFBB Elite Pro World Championships and Arnold Classic Europe titles, contrary to what athletes and fans believe, Michal Krizo is a very experienced bodybuilder.

On the other side of the fence, Iain Valliere is at his all time best, winning the prestigious New York Pro title and other Pro League shows.

Going into the 2022 Mr. Olympia, a number of athletes love to exchange words before the event. Some will take it serious, while others will just laugh and enjoy themselves.

Michal and Iain clash over photo montage

A photo montage put together by the Instagram page @whoisthebestbb, has sparked off a debate between Iain Valliere and Michal Krizo.

The published photo is a montage of 2X Mr. Olympia Big Ramy and Michal Krizo performing a side chest pose.

Iain Valliere did not hold back and made a sarcastic comment about Michal. “LoL, right into the show and being compared to the champ.

It did not take long for Michal to shoot down Iain, “Iain is still a cry baby, at the Olympia I will show him what’s bodybuilding.”

Michal has been making sarcastic comments about a number of the best bodybuilders in the world, even when he was still competing with the Pro League’s rival federation, the IFBB Elite Pro league.

It is evident that popular bodybuilders such as Iain Valliere, don’t take these comments lightly.

Iain Valliere placed seventh at the 2020 and 2021 Mr. Olympia, and he is aiming to improve on those placing at the 2022 Mr. Olympia. Iain Valliere is aiming for a top five placing, meaning he is under pressure, leading up to the big show.

Meanwhile, Michal has only been a part of the NPC and Pro League since last July. Immediately after the announcement of his switch, Michal has been praised by some of the top coaches, judges and bodybuilders.

Michal earned his pro card at the Amateur Olympia in Italy and then he went on to earn his 2022 Mr. Olympia qualification at the EVLS Prague Pro.

Going into the 2022 Mr. Olympia, Michal literally has no pressure on his debut, and if he places in the top ten, it will be a very good result.

Mixed reactions on who has the best physique

Hundreds of bodybuilding fans reacted to the videos published by @whoisthebestbb.

There was a mixed reaction of comments in favor of Michal, Ian and even Big Ramy.

As with every comparison, the true result has to be seen with the bodybuilders in question standing next to each other on stage.

Just for sake of conversation, comparing the videos published, Michal stands his ground against Big Ramy and Iain Valliere.

Compared to Big Ramy and Iain Valliere, Michal actually has a more balanced physique. Many will say Big Ramy and Ian are bigger, or Michal has to improve his back, but at a first glance, Michal is not so far behind.

Stars such as Big Ramy, Brandon Curry, Hadi Choopan, Lee Labrada, Nick Walker, William Bonac and others, will surely say that Michal has no chance against them, but they will still keep an eye on him, as they know he will be a threat.

If any of the top bodybuilders are not at their best at the 2022 Mr. Olympia, not only will they lose a place or two, but the new boys, Michal Krizo and Andrew Jacked, can easily push them down further.
