Milos Sarcev shares classic footage from the 1997 Night of Champions

Milos Sarcev shares classic footage from the 1997 Night of Champions.

Evolutionofbodybuilding.net is always searching for classic bodybuilding footage to feature for our readers.

Bodybuilding legend Milos Sarcev, has recently published some classic footage from the 1997 Night of Champions.

The Night of Champions was created by bodybuilding’s greatest promoter, Wayne Demilia.

The Night of Champions was one of the most prestigious events on the bodybuilding calendar. From 1978 to 2006, the best bodybuilders in the history of the sport competed at this event.

Milos Sarcev was one of the most consistent bodybuilders in the history of the sport. During his bodybuilding career, Milos Sarcev competed in 110 events of which 72 were pro events. Milos also qualified for the Mr. Olympia for 10 consecutive years.

Milos was not only a great bodybuilder, but he is one of the best coaches in the world. At the moment, Milos is coaching bodybuilding star Regan Grimes.

Apart from being a great bodybuilder and coach, Milos is also one of bodybuilding’s most knowledgeable historians.

Having a fantastic memory, Milos can explain in detail every competition that he witnessed and competed in. Just like Evolutionofbodybuilding.net, Milos is continuously searching for classic footage to share with bodybuilding fans.

In his latest find, Milos Sarcev has shared classic footage from the 1997 Night of Champions.

As with every Night of Champions event, this event had a very deep lineup of competitors.

33 of the best bodybuilders in the world competed at this event. It is very rare to see such a large number of competitors in today’s pro bodybuilding events.

The 1997 Night of Champions was won by Chris Cormier. The victory at the Night of Champions was Cormier’s only victory in 1997, but he also was a consistent top-three finisher during the year.

Second place went to Milos Sarcev. During Milos’ career, on many occasions, Milos was one step away from winning numerous events. Milos should have won more contests during his career, it is very unfortunate that during such an illustrious career, he has only one pro victory.

The final podium spot went to the big Ernie Taylor. Ernie had the size to go up against the best in the world. The 1997 Night of the Champions would be the only contest that Mike participated in during the 1997 season.

Evolutionofbodybuilding.net will continue to feature the best bodybuilding footage from the past.
