Nick Walker shares his latest workout on his popular YouTube channel. In the latest episode, Nick trains arms and shares his training techniques.

Winning the 2021 New York Pro and Arnold Classic has made Nick one of the most popular bodybuilder in the world.

Focused on the 2022 Mr. Olympia, Nick is already making sure everything is going according to plan as he preps for the biggest show of the year.

Triceps Rope Pushdowns
Cable Bicep Curls
Skull Crusher Lying Triceps Extensions
EZ Bar Curls
EZ Bar Tricep Pushdowns
Preacher Curl

Nick explains that he does about three sets for each exercise for approximately 10-15 reps.

Walker also explains that he does not like to over train his arms. Three sets is the maximum he does for triceps and biceps. The reason are to avoid injury in his joints and to concentrate on muscle growth.
