Regan Grimes takes a break to focus on the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Canadian bodybuilding star, Regan Grimes, has officially announced that he will take a break to focus on the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Since Regan signed up with Milos Sarcev, he has completely transformed his physique and has competed consistently since the 2021 Mr. Olympia.
Milos Sarcev believes that Regan has the potential to win the Mr. Olympia, but this is a goal that takes time to achieve.
Immediately after the 2021 Mr. Olympia, Milos started to help Regan make the right improvements and he immediately qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Regan finished second at the 2021 Sports Fest and then earned his Mr. Olympia qualification at the KO Egypt Pro.
In his bodybuilding career, Milos never missed a show and he is passing this mentality to Regan.
At the EVLS Pro, Regan finished in third, to then focus on the 2022 Arnold Classic.
After having some setbacks, such as Covid-19, Regan could not prepare for the Arnold Classic in his best ability.
Regan had to settle for seventh place at the 2022 Arnold Classic. Not the best result, but it was expected after having a difficult prep for the event.
Finally, Regan decided to compete at the 2022 Boston Pro. Regan and Milos admitted that he was terrible at the event, and they were not surprised with his result of seventh place.

Regan has officially announced the he will not be competing until the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
With approximately nine months to prep for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, Milos Sarcev has enough time to make sure Regan is ready for the big event.
Milos believes that Regan has the best genetics and he insists that Grimes is Mr. Olympia material.
In the video, Milos also admitted that Regan did not really have any break after the 2021 Mr. Olympia, and it is the right time to shut everything down and rest.
