Akim Williams booked his ticket to the 2021 Olympia Weekend by defeating some tough competition at the 2021 Puerto Rico Pro.
The 2021 Olympia Weekend is getting closer and competitors are still fighting for their spot on the Olympia stage.
This weekend, 26-27 June 2021, the Puerto Rico Pro show took place at the Baha Mar, Nassau, Bahamas.
The open bodybuilding division was the the main attraction at this event.
Some of the top bodybuilders from all over the world travelled to the Bahamas for this event.
The big man, Akim Williams was the man who walked away with the $10,000 prize and his ticket to the 2021 Olympia Weekend.
Not an easy task, Akim had to battle some other great athletes, such as second place finisher Mohamed Shaaban and Hassan Mostafa, who had to settle for third.
The giant from Italy, Adrea Presti had to settle for fourth.
Unfortunately, the 212 division only had four competitors registered for the event.
Poland’s Piotr Borecki edged out veteran Guy Cisternino for the top prize.
Brazil’s Boad Henrique Oliveira finished in third, while Milton Martinez took the final spot.
The Men’s Classic Physique division is gaining a lot of momentum, with a stacked lineup at every show.
Brazil’s Gabriel Zancelli Machado was the man to finish on top from a lineup of 15 athletes.
Italy’s Giuseppe Christian Zagarella, finished in second while UK’s Neil Currey placed third.
