Seth Feroce suffers injury setback in comeback
Bodybuilding star, Seth Feroce, has revealed he suffered a partially torn quad, which will force him to take a rest, delaying his comeback.
Seth Feroce last stepped on stage in 2012, competing at the Toronto Pro, Pittsburgh Pro, and Valenti Gold Cup.
Due to personal issues and goals to reach outside of the bodybuilding world, Seth Feroce stepped away from the competitive stage and bodybuilding altogether.
Seth spoke in detail about his life, in his latest interview with Hany Rambod on The Truth podcast.
In the past few months, Seth has decided to test his body and hopefully make a comeback and step on the competitive stage again.
In the past 10 weeks, Feroce has been improving daily, showing that his body is responding to everything, thanks to his great genetics and work ethic.
Unfortunately, the sport of bodybuilding presents several pitfalls, and Seth has encountered one of them by suffering a slight injury in his quad.
Seth Feroce explained everything in detail in his latest Instagram post:
A Partially torn quad.
“Vastus medialis and a serious strain on my adductor. FML. Not a major tear so that is a Huge Positive!! Minor.”
“I did a little damage to my left quad here about a week ago.”
“I’ve been trying to pretend it didn’t happen and continue to keep pushing and training, not how it works.”
“About 10 weeks ago I fell and twisted my bad ankle. (Left ankle)”
“I broke it in two places and tore the last ligament I had left in there. That’s why you see me wearing Laced Up Tight AF Work boots everywhere! Stability Baby!! Kind of…”
“Years ago when I did something similar to my ankle, Doc told me that this ankle would be a big issue if I don’t get it fixed.” (Reconstructive Surgery – re-stabilizing the ankle properly.)
“Well, Now, it’s kind of an issue.”
“Its instability could be, maybe, more than likely is, the reason for my quad issue here……. and potentially others.”
“I’m one stubborn SOB.”
“But this is something I have to sit and simmer on for a little bit here.”
“Not happy. Not excited. Insanely frustrated.”
“But, it has been 12 weeks into my program here, it was time to shut it down for a little bit anyway.”
“Just need to recover and make some decisions.”
We are sure Seth will take the rest needed and will be back, stronger than ever.
Seth Feroce’s Comeback
Seth Feroce is one of those bodybuilders that we say “What if?”. Walking away from the sport, way back in 2012, 14 years ago, is a long time away from the stage.
Seth is not like your regular bodybuilder, who just disappears and looks like he never touched a weight in his site.
Seth continued to look fantastic, showing that he has the capabilities to step on stage again, win a show or two, and qualify for the Olympia Weekend.
Staying away from full contest prep might have its challenges, but Seth is fully aware of this, and he knows what he has to do.
The muscle maturity and density is there, and Seth is capable of stepping on stage in incredible condition.
In one of his latest YouTube videos, Seth explains why he wants to make a comeback, and the steps he is taking to get there.
We at Evolutionofbodybuilding.net wishes Seth a speedy recovery, and can’t wait to see him get back on stage in the near future.
