WATCH: Can Steroids/PED’s Kill You?

Ameen Alai has been involved in bodybuilding for over 20 years and has coached some of the best athletes on the IFBB Pro/NPC stage.

As a number of federations are trying as much as possible to control the use of steroids and as well ban them, it is a problem that is still around in EVERY major sport.

As bodybuilding has a stigma that they are the only sport that have athletes experimenting with steroids, this is completely wrong. A number of athletes from football, cycling, baseball, boxing, weightlifting and others have revealed they have taken steroids.

On Youtube, hundreds of videos are published about the use of steroids. Finally a honest video about what the effects steroids can have on a individual has been published. Ameen Alai explains what happens when you abuse the use of steroids and explains the problem with everybody thinking it is a magic pill to turn you into a pro bodybuilder.

Why should we listen to Ameen? Well, he has seen people rise to the top and crash to the bottom with the abuse of certain substances in his long career. Ameen is literally the first ‘Guru’ in the sport.

This is a must watch as it is probably the best video on the subject!
