The death of Alena Hatvani – Questions need to be answered.
On 15 August, 2021, Alena Hatvani Kosinová died just hours before stepping on stage to compete at the 2021 Europa Pro. Questions still need to be answered.
Sources close to Evolutionofbodybuilding.net revealed the final moments of Alena’s life.
The competition was scheduled to start at approximately 9.30am on 15 August, 2021.
A few hours before stepping on stage to compete in the women’s bodybuilding category, Alena Hatvani was getting her final touch ups to her tan.
While Alena was getting her final tan, she started to faint and was seated by one of the staff.
Sources also confirmed that Alena tried to get up and immediately fell back to the ground.
Already, the staff on site and others noticed that Alena was not in good shape. She kept falling in and out of consciousness the entire time, and shaking, until she finally would not respond.
Sources close to Evolutionofbodybuilding.net allege that the ambulance took between 45-60 minutes to arrive on site.
Alena passed away moments after leaving the venue. Sources claim that it was possible that she did not make it to the hospital.
The competition was then delayed till approximately 11.30am.
At the age of 46, Alena had to diet hard to compete with athletes half her age. Sources also alleged that Alena already had some medical problems, including cancer, leading up to this event.

A number of questions need to be answered.
Why was an ambulance not on site?
Was there any paramedics on site?
Is the NPC/Pro League investigating this matter? The health of the athletes should come first.
Why has there been no press release or any information from the show promoter or the NPC/Pro League about Alena’s death?
Female Bodybuilders react – Reveal their protocols
After the death Alena, Evolutionofbodybuilding.net has received numerous messages from NPC/Pro League professional Female Bodybuilders.
A number of the athletes, that are still competing, even sent this site their protocols.
It is shocking to see what extremes these women are going through just to step on stage. They are putting their life on the line just for a trophy and little or no prize money.
Some female bodybuilders have informed Evolutionofbodybuilding.net that they are suffering from serious heart problems due to the high dosages of diuretics.
Diuretic protocol from a female bodybuilder competing at the 2020 NPC Nationals.
A female athlete, who does not want to reveal her identity, contacted this site to share her protocol and warn other athletes to be very careful. She did all this to hopefully win her NPC/Pro League card. Is it worth it?
Food was high, never starved but my diuretic protocol was sent to me and having the knowledge I do I knew it was a very high and intense plan.. I am the perfect client however and I followed it to a Tee.
It was as follows:
10 days out:
25mg Aldactone am
25mg Aldactone am
25mg Aldactone am and pm
25mg Aldactone am and pm
50mg Aldactone am and pm
50mg Aldactone am and pm
100mg Aldactone am and pm
100mg Aldactone am and pm
100mg Aldactone am and pm PLUS 1/2 dyazide(night before prejudging) and water cut completely at 330pm.
Show day was 1/2 dyazide am.. still no water.. 2oz black coffee upon waking up @ 330am. I competed at 1045am. 5oz V8 juice 25 mins prior to stage and was given 8oz water immediately when I walked off stage post prejudging.
Then another water cut until the following day.
Finals started at 7pm I believe. I got off stage at 845ish.
Between Thursday and Saturday I had a total of 8oz of water in a 48 hour time span on top of severe diuretic protocol.
As one may see, this is not a light protocol and this athlete was still an amateur. Where is this sport taking us? As it looks, to the cemetery.
Another two diuretic protocols sent to Evolutionofbodybuilding.net

Other athletes have sent similar protocols given to them by some coaches. It is very unfortunate that some of these coaches know that the athlete is not at 100% and they still push them very hard.
Editor’s Note
What has this sport come to? We are not going to hide the truth, we all know that the top amateurs and professional athletes all take PED’s and many abuse the use of diuretics.
The famous saying “use and don’t abuse” does not even apply anymore.
We love this sport and Evolutionofbodybuilding.net will do everything in its power to protect the athlete and expose those who take things to far.
These female athletes are revealing their protocols and the truth behind the sport, but we will not reveal their names.
The athletes that expose the truth, know that there is a great possibility that their career will be over. The politics in the sport is still very powerful.
When will the people that run the sport start putting the athlete’s health first? The owner of the Olympia Weekend, Jake Wood, has stated that he spoke to the Manion’s and other people that run the sport.
What new judging criteria will be needed to keep these athletes safe? Will the days of shredded physiques be gone forever?
It is possible to achieve a very defined physique, but some athletes take it to the extreme.
When athletes step on stage absolutely shredded, it is evident that they are risking their lives. Will athletes find another way to get the judges attention? If they won’t be judged on paper thin skin, will they focus on size? That is another dangerous option.
Whatever the case, the people that run the sport must fix the situation, before somebody else dies or gets hurt seriously.
