James Hollingshead
The week started with the unfortunate news of James Hollingshead contracting Covid-19.
James decided to take time off from training and even social media, until he recovers. Covid-19 derailed James from his Mr. Olympia prep, but he believes he still has enough time to still be at his best.
James was also in the news, for a video he made about the difficulties pro bodybuilders have when they travel to the USA.
A number of top pro bodybuilders joined in the discussion, venting their frustration about the difficulties the international athletes have to travel to the USA.

Kai Greene
Kai Greene was back in the news, teasing the bodybuilding world with his Olympia aspirations.
The story started with Kai Greene allegedly sending a video to Dave Palumbo.
Palumbo confirmed on his social media that Kai Greene asked for his opinion in regards to his physique.
Dave published two videos showing Kai Greene posing and revealing his physique.
Immediately after this video was published, rumors started to spread about Kai Greene competing in the 2021 Mr. Olympia.
The bodybuilding world is literally fed-up with Kai Greene’s antics in relation to the Mr. Olympia or any other competition.
A day after Dave Palumbo published Kai Greene’s videos, the bodybuilding world immediately forgot about Kai Greene and turned their attention to the bodybuilders who will compete.
Sex Scandal
The bodybuilding and fitness world has been rocked with female athletes allegedly exposing various coaches for sexual assault.
The female athletes that have come forward compete within the NPC and the Pro League.
These athletes have alleged that various coaches touched and talked to them in a manner that made them uncomfortable.
After this site published an article about these incidents, coach James Ayotte contacted Evolutionofbodybuilding.net to clear his name and explain his side of the story.
James was allegedly accused by one of his former clients for sexual assault.
This site is informed that both parties will be taking legal action against each other.
Phil Heath – Competing or not?
7X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath made the news with several bodybuilding YouTube channels alleging that he might return to the Olympia stage in 2021.
All this started when Phil published various social media posts, showing his incredible condition.
The photo’s that Phil Heath published show that he has improved his mid-section after having major surgery. Some say that he is in better condition compared to the 2020 Mr. Olympia, where he had to settle for third place.
Phil heath added more fuel to the fire by telling one fan what he is planning. Phil said “he is prepping for something, just not what people are guessing.”
Phil’s comments leaves us speculating about a number of scenarios.
Phil Heath could actually return to the Olympia stage to try and win his eighth Mr. Olympia title. Placing third in 2020, made many believe that he would call it quits.
The Arnold Classic is another option for Phil Heath, but he is on record saying that he would like to talk business before signing a contract to compete at any event.
Could Phil Heath be getting in shape for a project that has nothing to do with competitive bodybuilding? Phil Heath has recently been on a number of Patrick Bet David‘s popular YouTube shows, discussing money and bodybuilding.
Another important fact that many forgot to mention is that Phil Heath has a very good business relationship with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and his manager Dany Garcia.
Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia were involved in producing a documentary detailing Phil Heath’s return to the stage in 2020. Unfortunately, Phil Heath did not win the 2020 Mr. Olympia and it looks like this documentary has been shelved.
Having Patrick Bet David and the Rock on his side, Phil Heath surely has something planned for the near future.
