IFBB Pro Sean Harris
Very sad news today in the bodybuilding world. IFBB Pro Sean Harris died after he was involved in a car accident.
The news has shocked the bodybuilding world and fans have left their condolences on Sean Harris’ social media pages and as well on the popular bodybuilding forums.
Sean was preparing for the IFBB Tampa Pro that is set to take place between 3-5 August.
A number of prominent IFBB Pro’s were encouraging him with comments on his Instagram page to then leave messages of shock from hearing the news of his death.
Our thoughts and prayers go to his family, wife and his two young boys.

I didn’t know Sean personally, but my dear friends Nancy and Ron Noreman have often spoke glowingly about his kindness and his dedication to his family. He once appeared on a video we shot at the East Coast Mecca, a glimpse of Sean doing what he loved to do. My heart goes out to his family during this incredibly difficult time.

More sad news in bodybuilding today. Just got the word that last night, IFBB Pro Sean Harris passed away in a tragic car accident. I had the pleasure of getting to know Sean through my work with MD and he was always a great guy. I remember his wife and boys sitting right behind me when he won his pro card and their heartwarming cheers for dad.
I don’t care how cliche it sounds…don’t waste any opportunities to tell the people in your life how much you love them. Never know when your last chance may be.
