Visa issues preventing Behrooz Tabani from traveling to the USA.
Bodybuilding star Behrooz Tabani is a top athlete who can challenge for the Mr. Olympia title, but visa issues might keep him from traveling to the USA.
Behrooz Tabani qualified for the 2023 Mr. Olympia by winning the 2023 Arnold Classic in Brazil.
The Iranian bodybuilding star was not present for the 2022 Mr. Olympia due to visa issues.
It is a well-known fact that the citizens from Iran, allegedly are not welcome in the USA, and obtaining a visa to travel to the USA is almost an impossible task.
Behrooz and his coach Milos Sarcev, have started an aggressive campaign on their social media pages, with the hope that somebody could possibly help with Behrooz’s visa problems.
Milos just recently published this post, asking for help:

First of all, I want to make a request to the organizers of the Mr. Olympia competition, As you know this year like last year, I am facing a visa barrier
I am asking you to support me more, it is a very difficult task, I have a long way to go and my only hope is the support of the people and the managers of the prestigious Mr. Olympia competitions, Please support me (Behrouz Tabani) more. An important request from my fans.
I ask my people and fans to accompany me more on this difficult path with their hashtagging and support, with the contents of the visa application to the pages related to bodybuilding and hashtagging, making this issue visible to them. Behrooz Tabani asks Olympia organizers for help
Behrooz is not the only bodybuilder from Iran, who had a difficult time entering the USA. 2022 Mr. Olympia winner, Hadi Choopan, had to miss several Mr. Olympia events, due to visa issues in the past, but lucky for him, he managed to obtain a visa in the last couple of years.
Behrooz literally has nobody to turn to and is publicly asking for the Mr. Olympia organizers, and the IFBB Pro League to hopefully help him in obtaining his visa, or at least a meeting.
One would believe that if Hadi Choopan was granted his visa to the USA, why can’t Behrooz get his?
This situation is very disappointing as the sport of bodybuilding has no boundaries, in regards to religion or race, but it seems the authorities think differently.
A threat to Hadi Choopan
Behrooz presents a complete physique, that has a great balance of mass and condition.
Behrooz is easily one of the top contenders to dethrone Hadi Choopan. Unfortunately, the majority of bodybuilding media channels never discuss this possibility.
Milos Sarcev knows he has an athlete who can fight for the Mr. Olympia title, and seeing Behrooz go through this ordeal for the second consecutive year is very difficult.
Staying on track must be very difficult for Behrooz, knowing there is a great possibility that he could miss the Mr. Olympia again. Training for the Mr. Olympia without any distractions is already difficult, imagine training for the Mr. Olympia, knowing there is a great possibility you will have to miss it due to visa problems, must be horrible.
