WATCH: Cedric McMillan UK Tour 2018
Earlier this year, Scitec Nutrition were pleased to host IFBB Pro Cedric McMillan as he visited the UK on tour. The Mr Olympia competitor, or ‘The One’ as he is affectionately known, made a number of appearances at gyms and health stores across the country.
Cedric McMillan is known for his impressive definition and muscle mass, often seen as a physique staying true to the more classic body building style. Cedric has had many successes coming in first place at the Arnolds in 2017, most recently coming in 3rd at the 2018 Arnold Classic in Ohio, and placing 3rd at the Toronto Pro Super Show in June.
This tour allowed him to spend quality time with fans, discuss his road to success and offer advice to his fans who see him as an inspiration.

A Scitec brand ambassador and also an ambassador to bodybuilding, Cedric admits that he wasn’t born a winner and being a winner isn’t something he ever thought he could be. For him, it’s not about the win but the process you go through to get to the point where you can win or lose.
Passionate about bodybuilding, the former soldier understands the struggles people face to be fit and healthy as well as working. A role model for many, it’s not just winning for him and getting first place, but rather motivating others to be the best they can be and inspiring them. Overcoming a tough childhood to grow and become the person he is today, Cedric uses his experiences to help and motivate others.
