WATCH: Horrific leg press injury… knee gets destroyed
In another edition of EOBTV Gym Fails, this week we bring you a horrific knee injury while doing heavy leg presses.
Some people still find it hard to understand that it is not how much you lift… but how you lift.
This video gives the perfect example of what NOT to do in the gym.
This guy had his knee straps and whatever else and he was not even executing the leg press properly, and he still destroyed his knee!!
Obviously you need to lift heavy, but it has to be a weight that you can execute properly and safely.
