pauloalmeidaifbbproI’m back!!! Hi everyone long time no post 😛. Been on hiatus for a while. For a short summary on what’s been going on over the last couple months – got married. Went for and amazing Honeymoon in Thailand. And started up a real estate development company which I’ve been wanting to do for a while now which has been taking up a lot of my time and focus and that I’m really really excited about. As far as competing wise to be honest I think I’m done. It’s time to start a new chapter and take that passion I had for bodybuilding and now put it towards homebuilding. 😊. Don’t get me wrong I love competing I will always be training and heck prob always be a freak 😛 but it’s time to start a new chapter in my life. Physically I’ve been trying to downsize a bit especially my legs and getting more fit than just be huge. Want to do other different fitness oriented sports like some boxing, Yoga and other Stuff like that where I can work more on cardio , flexibility and agility etc. But also have my same weight training for size and at strength and still be a FREAK 😛
