Big Ramy back in the spotlight…Thanks to Dennis James
2X Mr. Olympia Big Ramy, is fully focused on defending and winning his third Mr. Olympia title this December.
Big Ramy has been all over social media in the last few weeks. Thanks to his coach, Dennis James, daily posts are being made, keeping all of Big Ramy’s fans and rivals updated with his daily routines.
The majority of media, including this website, has heavily criticized Big Ramy for literally disappearing from the bodybuilding scene, immediately after he won his second Mr. Olympia title.
To make the situation worse, Big Ramy even failed to appear at Jim Manion’s Pittsburgh Pro last May, forcing the media and fans to question Big Ramy.
Even his coach Dennis James did not know the reason why Big Ramy skipped Jim Manion’s Pittsburgh Pro as the main guest poser.
To add more pressure to Big Ramy, he even lost his main sponsorship with Enhanced Labs.
With all this happening in his life, Big Ramy continued to train in silence and finally everything started to come together, when Dennis James traveled to Dubai to watch over Big Ramy’s training.
Dennis James silences all the critiques
Fast forward to August 2022, Dennis James packs his bags and travels to Dubai to meet Big Ramy.
Immediately after he arrived in Dubai, Dennis James did not waste any time and started publishing photos of Big Ramy. Dennis James is blasting social media with footage, and is not hiding any part of Ramy’s prep for the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Immediately after the footage of Big Ramy started to make its rounds on social media, the opinion of a number of popular media outlets shifted in Big Ramy’s favor.
Big Ramy already looks much more improved compared to 2021. In a recent podcast, Dennis James confirmed that Big Ramy was away from the gym for a number of months, which contributed to not being 100% at the 2021 Mr. Olympia.
Dennis James will not be leaving Big Ramy’s side. Ramy will travel to Germany with Dennis for an appearance and then finally settle in the USA and continue his prep for the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Big Ramy on course to winning his third Mr. Olympia title
Evolutionofbodybuilding.net has published articles about potential challengers such as Brandon Curry, Nick Walker, Hadi Choopan, William Bonac, Hunter Labrada, Andrew Jacked and even Michal Krizo.
All the athletes mentioned are possible contenders to win the Mr. Olympia title, but they have to defeat Big Ramy.
Big Ramy was pushed to the edge in 2021, but a Big Ramy at 90% is still a force to reckon with, and this is a problem for the rest of the athletes.
In his last podcast, Dennis James said, “If nothing goes wrong, I guarantee you this is going to be the best Big Ramy ever”. Even if Big Ramy has one body part inferior to the rest of his challengers, he is so good according to Dennis James, that nobody will come close.
Dennis James has full confidence in Big Ramy, and the bodybuilding world is already on the edge of their seats, waiting for December to arrive.
