Top competitors drop out

2024 Arnold Classic – Top competitors continue to drop out.

The 2024 Arnold Classic USA is only four weeks away and two of the top competitors have already confirmed that they will not be competing at the event.

Rubiel Mosquera and Andrew Jacked, have both dropped out of the event, with rumors also circulating that 2022 Mr. Olympia, Hadi Choopan, might also have some difficulties traveling to the USA for the event.

With such high-profile athletes dropping out of the lineup, the promoters must be worried.

Leading up to the event. Andrew Jacked was one of the main competitors to challenge defending champion, Samson Duada, for his title.

For Rubiel Mosquera, this would have been a great opportunity to compete at one of bodybuilding’s biggest events. Rubiel has become a fan favorite, thanks to his freakish physique, but visa problems have kept Rubiel out of the USA, for the time being.

Rubiel Mosquera: Important Update: “Due to unexpected visa challenges and my readiness, I’m stepping back from competing at the Arnold Sports in Ohio, USA this year. My sincerest apologies to Arnold Sports and all my supporters. My journey to the stage is on hold, but the dream lives on. Grateful for your endless support, and looking forward to sharing my journey to the stage soon!”

Meanwhile, Andrew Jacked confirmed that he will not be competing at the Arnold Classic USA and UK. Andrew did not have any problems getting into the USA, but he could not focus on both events due to other important factors in his life.

Andrew Jacked: “I’m pulling out from both the Arnold’s. I’m having so many things happening at the same time from different factors and all need my attention, which makes it difficult to concentrate on this prep. I don’t want to go there anything short of 100%. I just don’t want to make up the numbers nor get placings if not for the win.”

Rumors have also surfaced that Hadi Choopan, who is the main favorite to challenge defending champion Samson Dauda for his title, is also allegedly having problems obtaining his visa to enter the USA.

If Choopan fails to obtain his visa to enter the USA, Samson Dauda would practically walk away with his second Arnold Classic victory.

It will be a very tense four-weeks for the Arnold Classic promoters, who will be hoping no other athletes drop out from their main event.
