Reigning champion Phil Heath is full of confidence and is looking to take home his eighth Mr. Olympia title.

On Thursday 13 September, 2018, the Athletes Meeting took place and Bob Cicherillo took the opportunity to talk to some of the athletes.

Nathan DeAsha, Dexter Jackson, Big Ramy, Steve Kuclo and Phil Heath all explained their game plan and how they feel just 48 hours before the big contest.

All the competitors agree that if Phil Heath comes at his best, it will be almost impossible to defeat him, but one man believes this is his year.

Big Ramy made it a point to tell Bob that this is his year and he has made the right improvements from last year to improve on his second place finish.

Big Ramy is looking to be more vocal than previous years and he is totally focused on taking the title away from Phil Heath.

It is looking to be another Phil Heath vs Big Ramy for the 2018 Mr. Olympia title.
