Samson Dauda wins the 2021 EVLS Prague Pro.
The EVLS Prague Pro took place on 6 November, 2021. The event was unfortunately overshadowed with the death of 2018 Mr. Olympia Shawn Rhoden, but as with life, the show must go on and it was a great event.
The EVLS Prague Pro was a very exciting event, with some of the best bodybuilders in the world competing against each other for the top prize. Some, such as Regan Grimes and Nathan De Asha are already qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, but while they are still in great shape, it makes sense to compete.
Samson Dauda finally finished on top and earned his qualification to the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Dauda finally convinced the judges to give him the nod for the top prize, defeating some of the best in the world.
Samson’s coach Milos Sarcev is having great success with his team of Regan Grimes and Samson Dauda dominating the sport. It looks like 2022 will be a very success year for Milos and his team.
Finishing in second was Brazil’s Rafael Brandao. Rafael is another bodybuilder that presents a very aesthetic physique, moving away from the mass monster look. A great step in the right direction.
Canada’s Regan Grimes had to settle for third, after just winning in Egypt a few weeks earlier. Still showing mass improvements after his partnership with Milos Sarcev, Regan can now focus on the 2022 Mr. Olympia or the Arnold Classic if he is invited to the event.
The shock of the evening was Nathan De Asha’s fourth place finish. Nathan went into the show as a favorite to lift the title, but the judges thought otherwise. It was evident that Nathan was not too happy with this placing. This might have been Nathan’s biggest challenge as he was on stage with some of the best in the industry, compared to the subpar lineup at the Arnold Classic UK.
Fifth place went to Roelly Winklaar. The massive bodybuilding star seems to be struggling with condition. Roelly’s recent placings might make him really consider his plans for the future.
In the other bodybuilding events, Ahmad Ashkanani was declared the winner in the 212 Bodybuilding event, while Ruben Lopez Reyes took home the top prize in the Men’s Classic Physique event.
