Michal Krizo wins pro card at 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy.
Michal Krizo is a new pro within the IFBB Pro League, after winning the overall bodybuilding title at the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy.
Michal is not a new name in the bodybuilding industry, he dominated the IFBB Elite Pro, and decided it was time to move on in his career.
Before he switched over to the NPC, Michal was praised by the majority of fans and professional athletes, but some still were skeptical about Michal’s chances in the NPC and Pro League.
During his time with the IFBB Elite Pro, there was no doubt that Michal was one of the best bodybuilders in the world, regardless of which federation he competed in.
Michal presents a balanced physique with fantastic size and condition. It cannot be denied that Michal has the genetics to defeat the top athletes within the Pro League and on the Mr. Olympia stage.
In the last few years, the majority of media did not give Michal to much coverage, due to their ridiculous loyalty to the NPC and Pro League, some did give him some space and hoped he would make the switch to the NPC.
Finally, on July 15 2022, to be exact, Michal announced that he had switched over to the NPC, with a new management team, the same people that own the EVLS Prague Pro event.
The news was what the bodybuilding world wanted to hear, finally Michal will have the opportunity to prove himself on the Mr. Olympia stage, if he qualifies.
Not long after his announcement, Michal and his management team, went on a tour of the USA, visiting a number of gyms and bodybuilding royalty, such as Jay Cutler, Milos Sarcev, Flex Lewis, Steve Weinberger and may more.
Michal was praised and was given the confidence boost that he can fight for the top titles within the Pro League.
Unfortunately, some bodybuilders, such as Blessing Awodibu and Iain Valliere did not see it this way.
Michal Krizo earns his IFBB Pro Card with ease
The first hurdle for Michal was to earn his pro status within the IFBB Pro League. Michal was already a IFBB Elite Pro, but in order to compete with the IFBB Pro League, Michal had to earn his pro card at a pro card qualifier, with the NPC.
Michal confirmed that he would compete at the Amateur Olympia in Italy on 8 October 2022, to win his pro status and then compete at the EVLS Prague Pro on 29 October 2022, to try and earn his place at the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
The first part of his plan was accomplished with ease, yesterday in Italy at the 2022 Amateur Olympia. Michal had no problem winning the overall title at the event.
Michal has to win his next event to see him on the Mr. Olympia stage this December in Vegas.
On the 29 October 2022, Michal will be focused on winning his first pro event in Prague, to earn his qualification to the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Michal Krizo is praised by many… criticized by a few
Moments after Michal was declared overall champion at the Amateur Olympia Italy, his social media and other media sites, were flooded with comments from fans and fellow athletes welcoming him to the Pro League.
Some of the best athletes in the world, welcomed Michal with open arms to the Pro League, encouraging him to win his next event so he can compete at the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Many doubted Michal when he competed with the IFBB Elite Pro, but Michal switched over and proved he can easily win his pro card.
There will always be a few that think differently, joking or not, they expressed their feelings on social media immediately after Michal joined them in the Pro League.
Two athletes that stand out from the rest, regarding their comments, are Blessing Awodibu and Iain Valliere. Not taking anything away from these athletes, they are accomplished and proven winners.
Blessing and Iain were the first to comment on Michal’s victory, instead of congratulating him like the rest of the professional bodybuilders, Iain and Blessing tried to make a joke out of it.
If both Iain and Blessing think they can defeat Michal, why don’t they challenge him at the EVLS Prague Pro Show?
Instead of Blessing calling out Brett Wilkin and James Hollingshead to compete at the EVLS Prague Pro Show and challenge Michal, why doesn’t Blessing get in condition and challenge Michal himself.
Blessing Awodibu still thinks he is a better bodybuilder than Michal, just because he defeated him in 2017 as amateurs. What Blessing refrains from revealing is that he was an accomplished amateur and a multiple pro card winner, while Michal was stepping on stage for the first time.

Fast forward to 2022, Michal is a total different bodybuilder and he can go up against anybody in the world.
Blessing earned his pro status in 2017, but made his pro debut in 2021. Victories arrived for Blessing in 2022, when he won the New York Pro and Indy Pro.
Turning the focus to Iain, does he really need to comment? Did Iain forget his competition history?
To remind all out readers, Iain Valliere, made his pro debut in 2014, after winning the Amateur Olympia Latin America. Not much different than Michal’s road to earning his IFBB Pro Card.
Actually, Michal has a number of Arnold Classic and World Championship titles on his resume already.
From turning pro in 2014, Iain would not achieve a top three finish until 2019, and in 2018, Iain finished in 14th place at his first Mr. Olympia appearance.
Iain would then taste victory when he won the 2020 New York Pro and then would have a successful 2021 by winning in Tampa and Texas, plus a seventh place finish at the Mr. Olympia in 2020 and 2021.
It would take Iain approximately five years for him to establish himself as a top tier athlete in the Pro League.
Iain must remember that he achieved his 2022 Mr. Olympia qualification at the 2022 Vancouver Pro, his main competition was Antoine Vaillant, which he could have easily won as well.
Iain did not earn his 2022 Mr. Olympia qualification at the 2022 New York Pro or the Arnold Classic, against the best athletes in the world, he won at a second tier event in Canada.
Iain knew that at the 2022 Arnold Classic, he had no chance against Brandon Curry or William Bonac, so he picked a easier event.
History explains itself, and from all the bodybuilders out their, Blessing and Iain are the last to comment or criticize Michal.
Blessing and Iain both know that Michal has superior genetics and has a much more pleasing physique, they know he is a threat, but do not want to admit it.
Iain and Blessing are now established winners, both winning prestigious events, but Michal has just started and both Iain and Blessing are shooting him down.
There is nothing wrong with Michal earning his pro card in Europe, that was the reason NPC Worldwide expanded to Europe, to give the opportunity to athletes to earn their pro card.
Michal is already a favorite going into the 2022 EVLS Prague Pro Show, he will surely be in better condition than Italy.
Michal knows he has to improve to do well in Prague and also the Mr. Olympia if he qualifies. He does not need Blessing Awodibu or Iain Valliere to remind him.
Michal is now officially a pro in the Pro League, and he will surely do damage in the future.
What we are looking forward to is Michal being called out against Ian and Blessing at the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
