Physique updates Mr. Olympia

Physique updates as 2022 Mr. Olympia edges closer.

As the 2022 Olympia Weekend edges closer, the top qualified athletes are starting to give regular physique updates, starting numerous discussions on social media.

Focusing on bodybuilding, it has been a very quiet off-season, with the top stars covering up and not revealing their progress.

With the 2022 Olympia Weekend just over five weeks away, the excitement is growing and the athletes are starting to add to the fire, with their physique updates.

Evolutionofbodybuilding.net as compiled a number of social media posts from the top Mr. Olympia athletes.

Big Ramy

Big Ramy is the defending champion, and he will be fighting to win his third consecutive Mr. Olympia title.

Ramy had a very quiet 2022 off-season, keeping away from the media, but as the big contest gets closer, his trainers Chad Nicholls and Dennis James have been pumping out the physique updates.

Brandon Curry

2019 Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry, is on a mission to win back his title. Big Ramy defeated him in 2020 and 2021. At the 2021 Mr. Olympia, Big Ramy was not at his best, and many believed the much improved Brandon Curry should have won his title back.

From the entire 2022 Mr. Olympia line-up, Brandon Curry has been very quiet and has not published any physique updates.

Brandon did publish a number of photos and video, but he is teasing fans by asking if they are from his 2021 prep.

Everything is under wraps for Brandon, keeping everybody in the bodybuilding world guessing.

Hadi Choopan

Hadi Choopan, the Iranian bodybuilding superstar, is on the right track for his Olympia prep.

Compared to previous years, he has already arrived in the USA, and now he and his coach Hany Rambod will have ample time to get him ready and challenge for the title.

Known for stepping on stage with a chiseled physique, balanced with the right size, Choopan is an automatic favorite to dethrone Big Ramy.

Hadi has still not given real concrete physique updates, with his last one being approximately two months out.

Hunter Labrada

Hunter Labrada wants to improve on his fourth place finish at the 2021 Mr. Olympia. Being the son of the legendary Lee Labrada, Hunter will want to replicate or even go one better than his father on the Mr. Olympia stage.

Going one better than his father means Hunter would need to win the Mr. Olympia.

Hunter is not one that hides in his off-season, posting regular updates of his physique, diets and his daily life.

In his latest updates, Hunter is already looking like he is shedding his off-season weight, and dialing in for the big day.

Hunter was criticized for missing his peak on several occasions, but as it looks, he will be another threat to Big Ramy. It will be interesting to see Hunter’s new look.

Nick Walker

Nick Walker has only been on the pro circuit for a few years, but he has managed to win the New York Pro and Arnold Classic, plus he finished in fifth place at the 2021 Mr. Olympia.

While many believed that he should have placed higher that Hunter Labrada at the 2021 Mr. Olympia, this just made Nick hungrier for the title.

Already qualified for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, Nick took the entire year off to prep.

Nick is one of the most active athletes on social media, publishing regular updates of his daily activities and physique updates.

Leading up to the 2022 Mr. Olympia, Nick has been posting updates of his physique on a daily basis.

Nick is already looking in fantastic condition, and there is still just over five weeks to go.

Walker is on record saying that he will be Mr. Olympia, sending a clear message to his fellow competitors that they are in for the fight of their life.

Iain Valliere

Canadian bodybuilding star, Iain Valliere, has been making heads turn all year with his razor sharp focus and massive improvements.

Finishing in seventh place at the 2020 and 2021 Mr. Olympia, Iain is determined to place higher and hopefully crack the top five.

Iain is not a dreamer, he is very honest, knowing that he will have a very difficult task cracking the top five.

Iain has made some massive improvements, and as the Mr. Olympia gets closer, he is looking to be one of the front runners.

Updates by Ian are being made on a regular basis, and the improvements can been seen on a weekly basis.

Evolutionofbodybuilding.net will continue to feature the top athletes as the 2022 Olympia Weekend gets closer.
