Evolutionofbodybuilding.net’s 2024 Mr. Olympia Predictions.
The 2024 Mr. Olympia is just over four months away, and with 13 Mr. Olympia qualifying events still to take place, we can expect great battles on stage for the available qualification spots.
Evolutionofbodybuilding.net has launched a new feature, predicting the placings of the Mr. Olympia qualified athletes.
This feature will be updated weekly, possibly changing placings with more athletes earning their qualification.
At the time of publishing the first part of this feature, only eight athletes qualified for the 2024 Mr. Olympia, as of 1 June 2024.
The obvious favorite to retain his title going into the show is 2023 Mr. Olympia Derek Lunsford.
Derek might be the favorite, but he will have to go up against a determined Hadi Choopan, who wants to win his title back after losing it controversially in 2023.
Hadi Choopan will also have to fight for his placing with Samson Dauda breathing down his neck. After placing second to Choopan at the Arnold Classic USA and UK, Samson Dauda will want his revenge.
If Samson gets his condition on point, he has an outside chance of winning the Mr. Olympia.
Nick Walker missed the 2023 Mr. Olympia due to a serious leg injury, and he will be more determined than ever to prove he is the best bodybuilder in the world.
While many believe he can win the Mr. Olympia title, he will have a big battle to look forward to, while he tries placing ahead of Derek, Hadi, and the much-improved Samson Dauda.
All eyes will be on Martin Fitzwater, who many believe should have defeated Nick Walker at the 2024 New York Pro. Martin has a much more aesthetic physique when compared to the massive Nick Walker, and there is a great possibility he will place ahead of Nick Walker.
With size playing a big part in Mr. Olympia placings, at this point, we predict Rafael Brandao and Tonio Burton will be fighting for a top-ten placing.
Theo Leguerrier will be fighting for a top-ten placing. With 13 more qualifying events scheduled to take place, Theo will have a great battle to look forward to.
