UK competitor refused Visa to compete at the 2018 Olympia.
With President Donald Trump clamping down hard on letting foreigners into the USA, another competitor has been refused a visa to get into the USA to compete at the 2018 Olympia Weekend.
With two competitors from Iran already refused entry into the USA, this time IFBB Pro Billy Rose is another victim of this.
Billy Rose is a Physique competitor and he turned pro by winning the overall at the 2017 Arnold Classic Europe to then go on to qualify for the 2018 Olympia by winning the 2017 San Marino Pro.
Billy Rose was born in Nigeria, but has been living and training in the UK. He represents the UK when competing with the IFBB Pro League according to the official competitors lists.
Many have been calling out the Olympia organizers to help out these athletes. We always hear athletes saying they have been refused entry into the USA, but we never hear how the organizers are going to tackle this problem.
Another dream shattered.
